Job Overview:
The Infrastructure Delivery Team is seeking a Technical Delivery Manager for Infrastructure Core Services reporting into the Global Head Infrastructure Core Services. Primary responsibilities: managing delivery of initiatives across Infrastructure Core Services coordinating across internal cloud, network, voice, cyber, data center, systems / database administrator, application teams and storage. This will include driving to successful outcomes within a given timeline, transparency in risk management and reporting through various levels of management, coordination of business requirements gathering, coordination of standard solution designs, coordination of security / risk policies with security teams, coordination with operations and engineering teams on blockers, management of project documentation in accordance with Citi Program Management Council (CPMC) and Citi Program and Project Management Procedure (CPPMS) standards and methodologies
Responsibilities:
Develops detailed IT work plans, schedules; project estimates, resource plans and status reports.
Interfaces with senior project staff and client senior management teams regarding status of projects.
Recommends and oversees process improvements.
Has considerable business impact through in-depth evaluation of complex business processes, system processes and industry standards.
Provides expertise in area and an advanced level of understanding of the principles of IT project leadership.
Acts as advisor or coach to new or lower level analysts; allocates work.
Provides in-depth and sophisticated analysis with interpretive thinking to define problems and develop innovative solutions.
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Identifying and managing to the critical path and milestones of a schedule
Identification of risks, which affect program and project deliverables with follow through on mitigation, resolution and path to green.
Knowledge of key technical dependencies, awareness of consequences or downstream impact associated with both timely and properly planned delivered.
Adhere to Citigroup service and delivery processes and procedures.
Development of leadership presentations for full transparency into assigned initiatives, communication of status and issues to all stakeholders, including senior management, on a timely basis.
Ability to persuade, carry influence and rally diverse interest toward common goals.
Coordination of global virtual teams working across multiple time zones / regions: NAM, EMEA, ASPAC, LATAM
Prepare and report project status on a regular basis, including metrics needed for various risk groups
Technical Attributes:
End to End understanding of Data Center IT components that include End User Computing, Network, Storage and Distributed systems.
Knowledge of virtual environments, network, and related technology applications, large scale enterprise data centers, databases, storage, cloud
Understanding of cloud technologies (VMware, ESX) and regulatory requirements
Strong Microsoft Excel skills. (e.g. Pivot Tables, vertical and horizontal look ups)
Strong Microsoft Project Skills: Project schedule building/editing with multiple dependencies/schedule shifting
Strong SharePoint experience. Managing initiatives
Strong JIRA/Confluence/ServiceNow experience
Strong PowerPoint skills. Visual representation of data in charts and graph
Skills:
Excellent analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills
Exceptional oral and written communication skills
Exceptional presentation skills. Ability to present to senior levels of management (e.g. Director, MD) and to facilitate discussions at the senior stakeholder level
Execution oriented with strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently, multi-task, and take ownership of various parts of a project or initiative
Ability to work under pressure and manage to tight deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements
Ability to work in a matrix environment and partner with virtual teams
Qualifications:
3-5 year’s relevant experience in Financial Services or similar fields with documented track record of success
Strong Leadership skill and working knowledge of the techniques required to adequately plan enterprise level changes.
Strong Project Management skills/working knowledge of the techniques for planning, monitoring and controlling programs and resources

Education:
Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
