The ECDO (Enterprise Chief Data Office) Business Office Resource Planning coordinator for the Data Transformation, is a senior-level position responsible for supporting the enterprise-wide, Data Transformation Program resource planning and reporting activities. These responsibilities are primarily focused on managing the end-to-end resource reporting process and associated analytics working closely with the ECDO and FCDO (Federated Chief Data Office) teams as well as the HR and Finance partners. The reporting process will undergo extensive reengineering and change management with the introduction of new processes and tools over the next few years. This role requires leadership and strong communication skills given the enterprise-wide scope and extensive interaction with many stakeholders and working group forums.
Responsibilities:
Directly responsible for delivering on processes and commitments in the Data Transformation Program Regulatory Business Critical Milestones (RBCMs) associated with resource planning (in partnership with the Data Program leads, HR and Finance).
Directly managing the reporting processes on the Data Transformation resources, ensuring quality, efficiency and accuracy - in particular as it pertains to the Financials and staffing assessments related to the Data Transformation Program.
Manage financial control by applying a comprehensive understanding of the financial reporting processes that the resource planning assumptions drive, including: forward-looking projections for Annual Plan, Mid-Year-Forecast and quarterly Outlooks; accruals, allocations.
Extensive enterprise-wide engagement with Data Leaders, their delegates as well as the Business, Finance and HR leads that support the FCDOs within each of the Businesses/Functions/Regions. Since the reporting of the FCDO’s organizations resides within each of the lines of business, the need for close and effective coordination is critical for success. This leader needs to be proactive and effective with all communications and engagement with this very wide network of partners.
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.
Qualifications:
10 years of experience in global and complex settings with multiple stakeholders
Strong influencing, consultant and communication skills are key
Management experience, preferably in a financial services role
Knowledge of the financial services industry and technology
Demonstrated ability to manage a team
Proven ability to work in high-pressure environments
Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication
Education:
Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience - Master's degree preferred
