Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH) in Bolivar, MO is hiring a licensed Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team providing services at CMH Outpatient Therapy and Occupational Health Services.
Physical Therapists at CMH are part of an integrated team of healthcare professionals who are dedicated to building relationships in order to provide patients with the best possible therapy services. We utilize advanced technology and therapeutic methodologies to maximize rehabilitation services and deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
At CMH we support our Physical Therapists’ continued growth by offering company-paid opportunities for continuing education and professional development. Also, new graduates receive mentoring from our current experienced staff of therapists who enjoy sharing their vast knowledge gained from years of experience in the field of Physical Therapy.
A typical day in this position will include assessing patients’ needs and goals, collaborating with physicians and other team members to design individualized therapy plans, and working with patients one-on-one to provide therapeutic treatments and services.
The position is PRN with additional weekend differential paid for weekend shifts.

- Education: Masters or Doctorate in Physical Therapy
