Summary
A Treasury Management Solutions Specialist is responsible for developing and implementing procedures for soliciting and marketing company products and services. Perform a variety of customer service and sales activities to assist new and existing Treasury Management (TM) customers. Support TM Officers in customer expansion and retention. Contribute to the effective and efficient operations of the bank while providing best in class customer service and upholding City Banks core values. Support TMs efforts to expand and retain customer relationships, develop trusted advisor account relationships, not only with the customers, but internal banking officers, and assess customer needs and cross-selling opportunities of appropriate bank services. Facilitate the successful onboarding of new TM relationships and implementation of TM products and services.
