Membership Coordinator
Under general supervision of the Senior Center Director. Hours are noon-5 pm, Monday-Friday, with some flexibility necessary. Duties include, but are not limited to, serving as receptionist, keeping membership records and mailing lists for newsletters, receipts for payments, meals on wheels billing, serving daily coffee, deposits, creating monthly newsletter, nightly closings and performing other duties as assigned.
Requires knowledge of computer basics such as Word, Publisher, Excel, e-mail and internet. Good communication, listening and organizational skills are necessary along with the ability to work well with others.
Requirements include graduation from an accredited high school or comparable degree. Secretarial or office related experience is helpful.
Salary: $13.00/ hr.
