Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Community Development Grant Assistant at the City of Amsterdam, NY. The Community Development Grant Assistant will be responsible for various tasks related to grant administration, providing administrative assistance, conducting research, and writing proposals.

Qualifications
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience in grant administration and administrative assistance
  • Proficiency in research and proposal writing
  • Detail-oriented and able to analyze data effectively
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Knowledge of community development programs and funding sources is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
