The City of Bennettsville has an opening for a Police Officer/K-9 Handler. Applicant should have any combination of education and experience equivalent to graduation from high school. Class 1 Law Enforcement Certification is required. K-9 Handler experience is desired.
Applicant will respond to emergency police situations; driving or walking to observe illegal or suspicious activities. Applicant will perform community oriented proactive law enforcement work involving a variety of general or support duty police assignments.
Possession of an appropriate driver's license valid in the State of South Carolina is required.

Pay: $35,776.00 - $41,537.60 per year
