Hiring Salary Range: $37,633.00 - $55,195.00 Full Salary Range: $37,633.00 - $62,721.00
The Maintenance Mechanic II position performs a variety of skilled work in the mechanical maintenance and repair of Coliseum buildings, facilities, and fixtures. The employee in this position is full journey level class distinguished by the performance of the full range of duties assigned including skilled mechanical maintenance activities including the more complex repair of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC equipment. The position requires the operation and repair of a variety of machine tools and equipment. Duties also require employees to read and interpret sketches, diagrams, and blueprints. The individual in this position is fully aware of the operating procedures and policies of the work unit. This job is Non-Exempt and is subject to the overtime provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act
- Valid Driver's License
- High School Diploma or GED
- 4-6 years of "skilled" mechanical maintenance experience (i.e. HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.)
- Journeyman's card in one or more of the mechanical or electrical trades
An Ideal Candidate Would Also Possess (Preferred Qualifications):
