- Prepare and maintain accurate records of city council meetings, including minutes, resolutions, and ordinances
- Coordinate and manage the city's official documents, such as contracts, agreements, and legal notices
- Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and monitor expenditures throughout the fiscal year
- Handle inquiries from the public regarding city policies, procedures, and services
- Process and maintain various permits, licenses, and registrations
- Conduct research on relevant laws, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance
- Collaborate with other departments to facilitate effective communication and information sharing

- Strong knowledge of regulatory reporting requirements and financial concepts
- Proficiency in IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) and technical accounting principles
