ABOUT THIS POSITION
The Neighborhood Services Department is seeking to hire a Supplies Clerk II. This position works within the City of Phoenix Graffiti Busters group and performs manual and clerical work of a responsible nature in the requisition, receipt, inspection, storage, issuance, ordering, and minor repair of a variety of supplies, parts, tools, and equipment.
The position is responsible for inventory control of a moderately sized secure supply room that supplies the Graffiti Busters and tool lending program. The Supplies Clerk II also supports volunteer cleanup plans by ensuring all necessary supplies needed for the cleanup activity groups.
The position is a uniformed position, working Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. This position is not eligible for telework, based on the operation of the graffiti buster team. This position does not have supervisory duties. Duties are performed in accordance with established policies and procedures under the direct supervision of a Project Management Assistant.
SALARY
Pay Range: $19.54 to $28.86 per hour.
Hiring Range: $19.54 to $26.18 per hour.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Three years of experience in a warehouse or stores operation where a wide variety of materials, fittings, tools, supplies, and equipment are dispensed.
- Other combinations of education and experience which meet the minimum requirements may be substituted.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
The minimum qualifications listed above, plus:
- Experience with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook).
- Experience using SAP or other similar procurement data bases.
- Must be physically capable of operating a vehicle safely, possess valid driver's license.
- Bilingual in Spanish.
