What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior HVAC Specialist position at City of Topeka?
The City of Topeka is seeking a qualified Senior HVAC Specialist to join our Public Works team! This position will be responsible for the HVAC system city-wide to include maintenance, modification/upgrade and repairs. It will also monitor performance of contractors and supervise preventative maintenance staff. For a full position description click on the below link.
Minimum Requirements: Graduation from an accredited vocational school with specialized training in air conditioning or closely related field. Must have 5-7 years experience with care and maintenance of HVAC systems and maintaining commercial/industrial systems along with 1-3 years' of experience with pneumatic and digital control systems. Licensed refrigerant recovery system technician.
Entry rate of pay: $25.00-30.00 per hour DOQ
