Job Summary
This position is responsible to provide administrative and confidential support services to the City Manager's Office and Economic Development staff, provide information to the public regarding department policies and procedures, and organize, manage, and coordinate office functions. The work is performed under the direction of the Executive Assistant.

Minimum Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma/equivalent with a minimum of three (3) years of progressively responsible administrative support experience with significant public contact; or any combination of education and experience that provides equivalent knowledge, skills and abilities.
- Solid computer skills with the Microsoft Office Suite of products.
- Extreme attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality with matters appropriately.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Broad experience related to various areas of the public sector.

Salary & Benefits
The position is a full time, non-exempt/hourly position. The starting pay rate will be $24.94, ~ $51,875.20 annually (minimum). Additionally, an excellent benefits package is provided including, but not limited to, group health insurance and IMRF pension.
