What are the responsibilities and job description for the Account Manager position at City Wide of Boston?
City Wide of Boston is expanding (www.gocitywideboston.com) and we are seeking to add an Account Manager/Field Sales and Service Manager to our team! This position is a hybrid role of sales, customer service, and relationship building with existing clients. The Account Manager is field based and will visit their clients regularly to build relationships and to establish trust and rapport. Administrative support is provided to allow for focused time to work with clients, manage projects and to cross-sell additional services.
