CK Power is looking for an HR Generalist at our St. Louis, MO location. This position serves as a part of the HR team, providing benefits administration and support to employees on HR and benefits needs.
What You’ll Do:
- Administer company benefits.
- Administer company compliance.
- Serve as a point of contact for employees on benefits, FMLA, and related HR concerns.
- Support the HR department by completing other duties as assigned.
What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 3-5 years of HR experience.
- Experience administering benefits.
- Experience with HRIS systems.
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal. Commitment to customer service.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
What Helps:
- Experience administering benefits at a self-insured company is a plus.
