Concrete Foreman

Overview: We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Concrete Foreman to lead our concrete construction team. The Concrete Foreman will oversee all aspects of concrete projects, including planning, coordination, execution, and quality control. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in Spanish and English, possess strong leadership abilities, and have a proven track record of successfully managing concrete construction projects.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a crew of concrete workers, ensuring that all tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications.
• Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and drawings to understand project requirements and provide guidance to the team.
• Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to communicate project needs, progress, and challenges effectively.
• Manage concrete pours, including scheduling, material ordering, and equipment coordination to ensure timely and successful project completion.
• Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to ensure that work meets industry standards and project requirements.
• Train and mentor team members on proper concrete construction techniques, safety protocols, and equipment operation.
• Monitor productivity and performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to optimize efficiency.
• Enforce safety regulations and best practices to maintain a safe working environment for all team members.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse workforce.
