What makes you a great fit?:

• Previous Estimating experience, preferably in the concrete construction and/or ag related industries
• Construction experience
• Bachelor degree in Construction Management or Engineering preferred, but not required
• Strong attention to detail and an eye for accuracy
• Thorough understanding of the Agricultural Construction Industry
• Growth oriented - always looking for ways to advance and improve
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, strong technological skills
• Experience using ProEst preferred, but not required

Concrete Construction Estimator Job Description:

• Identify and quantify cost factors, such as production time, materials, and labor expenses

• Read blueprints and technical documents in order to prepare accurate estimates

• Collaborate with engineers, architects, clients, and contractors on estimates

• Consult with industry experts to discuss estimates and resolve issues

• Use computer programs to calculate estimates 

• Evaluate a product’s cost-effectiveness or profitability

• Recommend ways to make a product more cost effective

• Work with sales teams to prepare estimates and bids for clients

• Submit accurate bids in a timely manner

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
