We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager to join our team. As a Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store and ensuring exceptional customer service. This is a key leadership role that requires strong organ
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer complaints or issues
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and implement strategies for improvement
- Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and employee attendance
- Oversee payroll processing and ensure accuracy
- Implement effective loss prevention measures to minimize theft and shrinkage
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations

- Strong store management experience in a retail environment
- Proficient in payroll processing and retail math
- Excellent mathematical skills for inventory management and financial analysis
- Multilingual abilities to effectively communicate with diverse customer base
- Demonstrated ability to recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team
- Knowledge of recruiting best practices and experience conducting interviews
- Experience with stock management and inventory control systems
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to conduct employee orientations and provide ongoing training
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.50 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 15 per week
