Supervising Psychologist

We are partnered with the following In-Network Insurance providers: Cigna, Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO, United Healthcare and we accept self-pay clients.

In this role, you will:

• Maintain a client caseload, while providing weekly supervision to assigned staff and keep appropriate documentation. 
• Regularly assess supervisee’s performance and develop performance improvement plans when necessary. 
• Treat psychological disorders to effectively improve adjustments utilizing various psychological interventions that are evidence-based; create an appropriate treatment plan that includes frequency, intensity, and duration of individual, group, and family therapies. 
• Assess patient progress and modify treatment plans accordingly. 
• Document clinical sessions in accordance with policies and procedures regarding medical records; implement and adhere to policies which ensure patient confidentiality. 
• Provide crisis intervention in situations requiring immediate psychological treatment. 
• Participate in educational programs, in-service meetings, clinician meetings, and workshops to enhance professional development and maintain currency of methodology and techniques. 
• May instruct and supervise post-doctoral fellows, interns and practicum students serving in clinics. 
• Perform audits on clinical documentation.
• Attend monthly supervision consultation. 
• Assess, diagnose, and treat a variety of mental health conditions through individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy that is evidence-based and clinically appropriate. 
• Select, administer, and interpret appropriate intellectual, psychological, and cognitive assessment for diagnostic clarification.

• Compensation: $65-70 per hour commensurate to years of experience plus bonus potential

Qualifications & Minimum Requirements: 

• Doctorate degree in Psychology, and completion of Doctoral Clinical Internship. 
• Psychological Testing experience highly desired - not required. 
• License to practice independently as a Licensed Clinical Psychologist: PsyD or PhD 
• A minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a clinical setting preferred as a Licensed Clinical Psychologist.

Experience with any/all the following treatment modalities and programs is beneficial:

• Individual & Family-focused therapy
• CBT | DBT | ACT
• EMDR 
• Health psychology (chronic health issues or pain management)
• CADC
• Marriage and Family Therapy
• IOP/PHP programs 
• Group Therapy
