Our actions and integrity build trust.Win Together: We each do our part to reach the credit union's goals, as one team, united by our mission and vision.The Financial Operations Supervisor plans, organizes, and ensures operational activities run smoothly and efficiently; provides leadership, training and supervision over the Operations staff; collaborates with the Vice President of Operations in the overall administration of the department. The Financial Operations Supervisor will maintain an overall knowledge of the operating functions of the organization, which includes knowledge of policies, procedures and industry changes impacting the organization at the state and agency levels. The Financial Operations Supervisor will serve as an escalation point for operational issues that arise and will assume responsibility for various department functions in the absence of staff members or in overload situations.
