The Financial Operations Supervisor will maintain an overall knowledge of the operating functions of the organization, which includes knowledge of policies, procedures and industry changes impacting the organization at the state and agency levels. The Financial Operations Supervisor will serve as an escalation point for operational issues that arise and will assume responsibility for various department functions in the absence of staff members or in overload situations.
