General Manager - Classic Restoration & Construction
We are looking for an outstanding and dynamic general manager for a residential restoration construction company. We are a leading restoration company having served Orange County for over 30 years. Excellent candidates must have residential construction experience, leadership experience, experience in issue resolution / customer service, and the ability to learn a detailed software program. Primary responsibilities include:
1) Daily check-in with 8 project managers, problem-solve issues with project managers and take over projects as necessary
2) Manage key performance metrics (time to return initial estimate, customer service metrics)
3) Daily updates in a software system on ~30-50 jobs
4) Interview and train new estimators/project managers
5) Recruit new subcontractors and manage existing subcontractor relationships
6) Manage adjuster/insurance vendor relationships
7) Ensure company goals are met
Prior experience in the restoration industry is very much preferred; leadership experience and in-depth knowledge of estimation/project management is essential for success in this role.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
