Classic Restoration & Construction is a residential restoration/reconstruction company based in Van Nuys, CA (www.classicrc.com) that works with homeowners and insurance carriers to repair homes following a water loss. The company has three locations - Van Nuys, Upland, and Lake Forest. This role is for someone to estimate the repairs that are required following a water loss, and then manage the project all the way to the end. We are specifically looking for someone with Xactimate experience and project management experience. CRC is a family-style, professional company that appreciates its team members and works to develop them individually to achieve success as a team.
Individual should have experience in the following:
-Customer Service: We've built our brand based on customer service, and we expect our folks to adhere to the highest standards of thrilling our customers.
-Problem-Solving: A great project manager will be able to think on his or her feet, and figure out how to address issues as they arise.
-Sales: We have to sell each project we obtain, and experience selling projects or goods (whether in construction or not) is important. We are willing to train individuals to help them learn how to sell projects.
-Computer Skills: This position requires basic knowledge of commonplace computer programs and very reasonable typing skills since you will be spending a decent amount of time at a computer.
-Math Skills: This position will require a basic understanding of math since we deal with various measurements while estimating.

Salary: Approximately $60-80K / year
