Director of Digital Marketing

Overview

The Digital Marketing Director is responsible for strengthening the digital marketing practice through developing and implementing processes, providing training, guidance and mentorship to the Digital Marketing team. They are also responsible for evaluating and developing marketing strategies, planning and coordinating marketing efforts, communicating the marketing plans to those involved, and building awareness and positioning for our client’s businesses.

Digital Marketing Director Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with channel specialists to develop processes, both internal and for execution and production
• Train and mentor digital marketing team members, both existing and new 
• Maintain industry knowledge, identify trends, continue to seek innovative approaches, document findings, and implement within the team

• Develop, plan, and manage holistic digital marketing strategies derived from client business objectives, collaborating with team members for execution
• Understand key marketing performance metrics and tracking tools to provide market research, forecasts, competitive analysis, campaign results, and consumer trends in order to translate results into actionable insights for marketing team
• Spearhead the strategic and tactical execution of marketing campaigns, including design of test/control segmentation, implementation of tests, tracking, results reporting, analysis, and recommendations from start to finish
• Effectively communicate the marketing plan

They thrive in a fast-paced environment and love crunching the numbers to understand how our team and go-to-market strategy can be better.
