AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE ADVISOR
The Clay Cooley Auto Group is looking for Service Advisors to join our fast-growing team. This individual should be able to provide estimated cost analysis of automotive repairs and routine maintenance.
Job Duties:
- Effectively speak and advise customers regarding services recommended and performed.
- Communicate regularly with the technicians to ensure the work is completed in a timely manner.
- Schedule appointments, answer phone calls, and collect funds for services performed.
- Assist with the coordination of alternate transportation, rental car reservations, shuttle etc.
- Prepare and advise service estimates, sell routine maintenance/repair services and follow-up regarding unsold services and customer inquires.
- Demonstrate extreme attention to detail while advising and consulting with customers.
Job Requirements:
- Stand, walk or sit for long periods of time without resting. (Up to 5 hours)
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work well both individually and as part of a team.
