Clay Cooley Auto Group is seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Service and Warranty Administrator to assist our service team in preparing, recording, and submitting claims to the factory and / or distributor and reconciling them accordingly.
An exceptional Service and Warranty Administrator should be detail-oriented, a team-player, and possess strong communication skills.

Job functions include but not limited to :
- Reviews and processes warranty claims promptly for the dealership. The Warranty Administrator oversees all paperwork and complies with the requirements of the manufacturer or distributor to ensure accurate documentation.
- Reconciles all warranty receivables with payment through the appropriate accounting schedule. The Warranty Administrator resubmits all rejected claims and follows up on payments of outstanding claims.
- Documents and maintains all service records as required by the warrantor. The Warranty Administrator stays informed of all factories recalls and bulletins.
- Assists with any clerical requirements as directed by the Fixed Operations and Service Manager.
Employee Prerequisites :
- Onboarding process completed within days of applying!
- Keen ability to read and understand written and verbal directions.
- Basic computer and mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division are needed to calculate invoices.
- 2-5 years' experience required. Pay based on experience.
