```Duties```
- Manage day-to-day operations of the boutique, including opening and closing procedures
- Ensure excellent customer service by providing assistance and resolving customer inquiries or complaints
- Train and supervise boutique staff, including conducting employee orientation and providing ongoing coaching and feedback
- Schedule and coordinate employee shifts to ensure adequate coverage
- Oversee inventory control, including receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to maximize retail sales
- Develop and implement visual merchandising displays to enhance the boutique's aesthetic appeal
- Maintain a clean and organized boutique environment

- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and staff
- Proficient in retail math for accurate cash handling and inventory management
- Ability to conduct interviews and make hiring decisions based on qualifications and fit for the boutique team
- Knowledge of phone etiquette for professional communication with customers and business partners
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in a retail environment.

Pay: $12.00 - $20.00 per hour
