Leasing Floater

We are searching for an energetic and dynamic FLOATING LEASING CONSULTANT to join our team. We believe that each team member contributes directly to the growth and success of our company and that our teams are what set us apart from our competition. This position will be working at a couple of our properties in the Gulfgate and Pearland area. Resman experience a plus. Competitive benefits and pay.

What your day might look like

• Daily interaction with potential and existing residential tenants
• Coordinate property viewings follow-ups and updating of contact management database
• Market all rental listings
• Plan and implement marketing strategies to generate traffic
• Coordinate and schedule lease applications and adhere to compliance requirements
• Execute new lease agreements and coordinate move-in processes

What we are looking for

• Previous leasing experience is required
• Capable networker with excellent communication skills
• Ability to read, write and communicate effectively
• Available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, and at multiple properties
• Expert knowledge of rental agreements
• A solution-oriented thinker with strong problem-solving skills
• A well-informed individual who displays sound judgment and attention to detail
• Proven ability to work towards and meet targets
• Goal-driven with strong organizational and decision-making skills
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
