The Industrial Fuels Business Development Manager develops/realize business development opportunities, program/product cost savings opportunities, to achieve expertise on assigned line of business (LOB) to provide sales and program support to field and drive earnings per share.

- Responsible for working with Vertical Marketing, R&D, key supplies, field personnel and customers to discover and present new LOB/product opportunities or opportunities to enhance our existing offers in order to extend our leadership position and grow sustainable revenue and profit.
- Responsible for building project plans and executing against those project plans by delegating effectively to the Business Development Managers Must ensure that all projects are on schedule and performing as expected. This includes cross functional team management, participation and accountability, effective presentation and communication to target audience along with great follow up and ability to change mid-stream to achieve targeted results.
- Responsible for both project updates and financial impact analysis on all approved projects to senior management on consistent basis.
- Responsible for achieving expertise on all aspects of assigned LOBs to include to constant evaluation and communication of performance and profitability
- Responsible for vendor management on programs/products related to assigned LOB.
- Support AMs in pricing industrial fuel disposal opportunities
- Works with brokers, other oil collectors and aggregators to source their industrial fuels
- Develop outlets for industrial fuels and any excess UMO that is allocated by the supply organization
