Clean Harbors is looking for a Loyalty Agent in Norwell, MA! The Loyalty Agent Develops and executes retention strategies.
Provides customers service including order procurement, suggestive selling, waste profiling, call documentation, customer problem resolution, maintenance / creation of customer profiles, pricing and records.
Generates business opportunities, cultivates sales leads, drives sales and works to exceed quotas and targets. Focus on building new longterm relationships with small to medium-sized customers and shows independent initiative to work within a loyalty / sales and service environment.
Creation and maintenance of customer accounts will be key. Reviews customer complaints for retention opportunities.

- Understand the customer's business needs and initiatives and apply our environmental solutions in support of their business goals.
Suggest products and services that will add value and ensure customer is provided with accurate information and quotes in a timely manner
Develop, maintain, and manage internal / external customer relationships at all levels and ensure customer satisfaction in all retention transactions.
Follow up with past customers to restore business relationships and look for opportunities to upsell
Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly retention targets and goals. Implement CRM retention strategies to retain customers and services.
Create and cultivate a sales pipeline, and ensure disciplined management to meet or exceed quotas
Order placement, entry, documentation and tracking; communicate product / service delivery schedules with customers as appropriate, using OM, SF, other software.
Customer issue resolution, account updates, escalations, document retrieval, payment processing as needed
- Other duties as assigned
- 1-3 years of proven success is required
- Customer service experience is a plus but not required;
- Excited to learn this role and industry;
- Strong computer skills;
- Outgoing personality, willing to jump in;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Detail-oriented;
