The Opportunity:
Clean Harbors, Norwell, MA is looking for a Regional Supply Planner to join their safety conscious team! Clean Harbors is seeking a Supply Planner (internally known as Demand Planner) to develop and execute supply plans that enable the company to provide optimal service levels to our customers. The Supply Planner will be responsible for managing inventory supply levels for a given region. Planning will include coordination with procurement, transportation, manufacturing, distribution, and branch operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensures Health and Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and acting in a safe manner at all times.
- Optimize network sourcing to build efficiencies across procurement, transportation, and distribution.
- Develop technical roadmap that will enable us to optimize product flow across the network.
- Work closely with IT to develop, build, and test new supply chain applications.
- Manage auto-replenishment settings at Branches and Distribution Centers.
- Review and approve manual requisitions placed by branch locations to maintain proper inventory levels and avoid overstock.
- Analyze and develop action plans that will reduce total landed cost for all product offerings.
- Meet with various levels of management to identify and strategically solve problems that may arise in the supply chain.
What does it take to work for Clean Harbors?
- 3 years of Supply Chain or Business Analytics experience required;
- Demonstrated ability to generate supply plans required;
- ERP systems/Planning software experience required;
- Excel and PowerPoint skills required;
- Experience presenting to all levels of management required;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills required;
- Bachelor's Degree required;
- Master's Degree preferred;
- SQL experience preferred;
- PowerBi experience preferred;
- APICS certification preferred;
- Must have the ability to travel 10%.
