The Talent Acquisition Operations Analyst is a key member of the Talent Acquisition and Human Resources Corporate Center of Excellence and is responsible for the creation and implementation of recruiting, candidate experience, onboarding, and general human resources processes and programs. This person will provide support to regional Talent Acquisition and Human Resources leadership to improve a wide variety of processes and procedures across the company. They will foster a positive relationship with internal customers, while promoting proper onboarding, candidate experience, and compliance programs. The Program Manager will maintain collaborative relationships with corporate talent acquisition, central training and other regional recruiting teams.
