Responsibilities
- Consistently meet sales targets and KPIs
- Develop effective self-generated lead and sales strategies
- Conduct in-home consultations for potential customers
- Evaluate customers’ knowledge and needs, building productive long lasting relationships
- Manage sales pipeline activity from prospect stage through installation
- Accurately report on sales cycle stages and performance via CRM system
- Ensure clean transition of post-sale activity to cross-functional teams delivering complete customer information
- Provide industry leading customer experience from initial contact through installation, and after the customer's system is turned on
- Attend sales meetings
- Maintain current knowledge of the latest industry developments by attending sales meetings, trainings, and industry events
Qualifications
- Proven track record of sales and/or lead generation experience
- In-home and/or solar sales experience preferred
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to communicate and partner with cross-functional teams to address customer needs
- Spend approximately 80% of work time traveling within your local market
- Available to work nights, weekends, and some holidays
- Ability to drive a vehicle during the normal course of business
- Must maintain a clean driving record with the ability to pass a driving background check
- 21 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Supplemental Pay:
- Bonus pay
- Commission pay

- Houston, TX: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Preferred)
