Job Summary: As a Juicerista, you are our brand’s representative. You are the face the guest sees when they walk through the door. You are the first impression the guest receives. You get to know each guest by welcoming them with open arms. You love the challenge of being part of a growing company, and you can make a mean smoothie.

We are currently hiring for morning and daytime shifts.

Responsibilities:

  • Work constantly to uphold the Clean Juice 10 core values

  • Deliver an exceptional guest experience coupled with quality product in a timely fashion

  • Practice strong communication skills with our guests, the shift leader on duty, and your manager

  • Actively make decisions to uphold a great guest experience

  • Maintain a clean work environment - Can’t be afraid to get your hands dirty!

  • Abide by all health code requirements to ensure the store maintains a 98% or above.

  • Manage the sales of the store by taking orders and ringing up guests

  • Adhere to company standards, including personal hygiene and appearance

  • Adhere to health department codes regarding food sanitation and handling

  • Perform other duties assigned by management

Qualifications:

  • YOU MUST BE NICE & LOVE SMILING!! Seriously. Smile a lot.

  • You must be a Grinder!

  • You must be willing to go above and beyond to ensure each and every guest has an amazing experience

  • You must be committed to positivity in any situation.

  • Hard work! You must possess the ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time.

  • You must possess the ability to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 50 pounds
