About the Opportunity
Reporting to the Category Lead, the Procurement Advisor is responsible for the coordination and administration of procurement activities across all CleanCo’s sites. The Procurement Advisor supports stakeholders across the business in the source-to-contract process, including identifying and sourcing goods and services, coordinating suppliers and vendors and administrating contracts and contract maintenance.
The Procurement Advisor supports the Category Lead in the development, implementation and maintenance of CleanCo’s procurement systems and processes, standards, frameworks, policies and procedures. The Procurement Advisor will contribute to the development of the procurement function, including policy, procedures and process development using SAP S/4 Hana, Vendor Panel and other systems as required.
This is a full-time permanent opportunity that offers a mix of working in our Brisbane CBD office, home and sites (Swanbank and Wivenhoe) on an as needs basis.
About you
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Strong experience in procurement and/or contract management roles, preferably within the energy /resources sector.
- Strong customer service skills and focus on value outcomes for the organisation and partners.
- Strong analytical experience.
- Strong MS Excel and MS Word skills.
- Excellent relationship development skills, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Excellent communication skills across a diverse range of functions, and external stakeholders.
- Understanding of risk and compliance frameworks, policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
- Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure, whilst maintaining high level of attention to detail.
- Experience with purchase to pay systems using an ERP system such as Ellipse, SAP, Oracle etcBachelor qualification in business, commercial or related discipline, desirable.
