About the Opportunity

The Procurement Officer is primary focus is to support CleanCo’s site-based teams in the effective, efficient and value for money procurement of goods and services by helping to administer a range of procurement activities. 

You will coordinate, administer and provide advice on procurement activities such as the identification and sourcing of goods and services including tenders, coordination of suppliers and vendors, maintaining an up-to-date contract register and administering purchase orders.

This is a full-time permanent opportunity that offers a mix of working in our Brisbane CBD office, home and sites (Swanbank and Wivenhoe) on an as needs basis.

About you

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Experience in administering procurement activities is essential.
• Processing purchase orders checking general ledgers, requisition data errors and account assignment. 
• Record new and maintain CleanCo contracts into the contracts register.
• Maintain, update and convert MRP purchase requisitions.
• Create, update and maintain material data in SAP – S4 HANA
• Onboard new suppliers required by CleanCo, open accounts with suppliers and registering suppliers on SAP – S4 HANA. 
• Assisting with external supplier purchase order enquiries.
• Some assessment of supplier terms and conditions may be required.
• Complete good receipt and invoice receipt clearing, assessment and maintenance.
• Provide purchase order creation management - closing out PO’s and auditing.
