CleanPower, Wisconsin’s leading commercial cleaning contractor, has an opportunity for an experienced manager to run two large medical locations in the Neenah/Appleton area. Our Managers are charged with the overall management and customer satisfaction for their assigned location. Do you like to make decisions? Enjoy a flexible, fast-paced work environment? Job duties include:
· oversight of the daily maintenance of the facility
· direct supervision of the cleaning staff
· initial and ongoing training of staff
· managing multiple buildings
· ordering supplies
· managing labor and supply budgets
· conducting quality control inspections
· developing and maintaining professional working relationships with building contacts
This position is first shift schedule - typically Monday through Friday.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have the following:
· 2 plus years of management experience
· Management experience in a medical setting
· Excellent written and oral communication skills
· Janitorial or other service related background
· Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record
· Drug screen required
