Technical Program Management at CLEAR works across engineering, product, security, and a diverse set of business teams to deliver on our most complex and strategic initiatives. As a Technical Program Manager, you will support key projects and initiatives, managing their schedules, identifying and managing their dependencies and risks, and owning end to end communication with stakeholders. You will define and measure program outcomes which map directly to organizational OKRs and business strategy, and influence prioritization and roadmaps of the programs you support.
What You Will Do:
- Lead the cross-functional delivery of a range of complex technical, product, or software deliverables using advanced negotiation, facilitation, planning and dependency management techniques with a focus on efficiency, performance, and quality.
- Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to define program strategy, develop and execute project plans, and launch new Products and Capabilities.
- Keep the organization and leadership informed on status and progress towards key milestones with comprehensive communication plans.
- Identify and manage cross-team dependencies and risks, developing and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Develop deep technical acumen of CLEAR’s product and technology offerings within your Program, understanding the software architecture and design while influencing technical choices.
- Serve as an evangelist for agile principals across Product & Engineering, stepping in to coach where appropriate.
- Be a champion for CLEAR’s values; advocate for trust, integrity and openness
Who You Are:
- 4-7 years of software engineering, systems engineering or technical product/program management experience.
- You have strong analytical and project management skills with demonstrated ability to prioritize, track, and deliver results.
- You are able to lead projects across multiple teams and functions, with stakeholders in different disciplines across time zones.
- You are selfless, humble, compassionate; a relentless optimist in the face of adversity.
- You have strong communication skills that allow you to effectively to establish cooperative working relationships, communicate technical issues to technical and non-technical audiences, and influence without authority.
- You are able to course correct continuously as new priorities and new information becomes available.
- Agile delivery experience required. Agile certifications a plus!
