Compensation:
- Starting pay of $19! and an unlimited bonus on top of that!
- Pay is based on portrayed skill length, not length of time at any company or experience.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office activities and provide direction and guidance to staff as needed.
- Oversee staff scheduling to ensure full coverage
- Ensure patient appointments, cancellations and last-minute adjustments are handled
- Resolve patient issues in accordance with company policies and procedures, healthcare regulations and dental board standards.
- Maintaining inventor
- Train and manage staff to meet performance standards.
- Ensure the delivery of quality dental care to patients.
These are the main roles. All of this is completed in a team environment! CLD team members are patient and organized in order to smoothly sort out potential obstacles in a timely manner, creating a calm environment for the patients, the team and yourself!
