We are looking for a detail-oriented recruiting coordinator to support our recruiting team and provide general administrative support around the office.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Recruiting Coordinator at Clear Talent, you will support our recruiting and office operations. You will be the point person for scheduling interviews between clients and candidates, ensuring a high-quality, high-touch experience for both. You will support our Director of Operations on a variety of operational and office management tasks. Over time, you will have the opportunity to begin taking on direct recruiting and sourcing tasks.
RESPONSIBILITIES
In this role, you will:
- Coordinate and schedule phone screen conversations between candidates and hiring managers (on our clients’ teams)
- Communicate professionally with clients and candidates, keeping everyone updated with any relevant information regarding interviews
- Support our Recruiters and Researchers with additional candidate sourcing tasks as needed
- Support our Director of Operations in operational and office management tasks - from ordering supplies to data management to systems access, as needed
- Take on other projects and tasks supporting our recruiters as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
You are a great candidate for this role if you have:
- Professional work experience of some kind - up to 1Y of experience in an office environment, a high-quality internship, or relevant student work experience
- Excellent communication skills, both in writing and over the phone, and the ability to provide a high-quality experience for candidates and clients
- High detail orientation
- The willingness to take on a wide variety of responsibilities, supporting a small team by wearing a lot of hats
- The belief that no job is too small, a strong work ethic and desire to learn and grow professionally
- A desire to learn about the tech industry and/or recruiting
