Introduction:
ClearView Business Solutions is seeking energetic and motivated Account Executives to join our dynamic sales team. We are looking for individuals with industry experience as well as those new to the field. This position offers a robust training program and a pathway to advance to mid-level positions within 12 months, providing the perfect platform to build a prosperous sales career.
What you’ll do:
- Engage in daily prospecting to generate new business through in-person visits, outbound calls, and lead generation
- Effectively manage a pipeline that will ensure you achieve quota targets
- Build and nurture relationships with prospective customers across several major industries
- Work closely with senior sales executives to refine sales strategies and approaches based on market feedback.
- Track and report on all sales activities and results, using company-provided CRM tools.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
- Pursue industry and competitor knowledge to ensure that our value proposition is effectively communicated to customers

What We Offer:
- A competitive compensation package with an expected total earnings (OTE) of $75,000 in the first year, including base salary and generous commission/bonus structures.
- Total compensation can reach $150,000 in the first year, with the potential to increase annually in proportion to the effort and success of the representative.
