We are looking for an engaging, tenacious Recruiter to join our team! In this role, you will work directly with our operations leaders to attract and retain top talent for Clearwater Analytics. You will be responsible for the full cycle recruiting process by proactively sourcing for talent, guiding the interview process, working with hiring managers on open positions as well as keeping the business updated on market changes. You will be a brand ambassador ensuring that all candidates receive a world-class experience from start to finish. What you will do: Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for various positions focused on our operations business, as well as other positions on an Ad hoc basis. Evaluate candidates’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes through preliminary calls and or meetings. Build a pipeline of qualified, diverse candidates focused on acquiring key profiles from the market and utilizing strong sourcing skills. Support the business with their talent needs and conduct intake meetings with hiring managers for specific skills needed, as well as for cultural fit. Drive the candidate experience to be effortless and seamless with attention to detail. Use brand awareness to represent our employee value proposition externally via social media, networking events and career fairs. Monitor and improve the recruitment process to make sure it is an effective process for the hiring manager, and candidate. Act as an adviser to guide and direct our leadership on hiring decisions using strategic market knowledge. Who you are: 5 years of full cycle recruiting experience from sourcing to interview and closing. Plus if you have experience hiring for accounting or finance related positions. Proven collaborator who is eager to work with a high energy team of recruiters and hiring managers. Successful track record of hiring from self-sourcing activities and ability to engage with passive candidates to build and maintain a pipeline. Is adept at reporting and analytics, has superior presentation skills and proven ability to influence. Experience with Workday or other applicant tracking tools. Strong business acumen and polished communication skills.
