I am looking for a 1st Line Technician to join my client’s team on a permanent basis. The 1st Line Technician will be responsible for resolving user problems or requests and to carry out repairs or fixes and escalate where necessary.
The 1st Line Technician will need experience in 1st line support for at least 12 months and basic knowledge of Office 365, Windows, and Active Directory.
Key Responsibilities for the 1st Line Technician :
- Assist technical support requests
- Meet and exceed SLAs
- Ensure good communication to both customers and staff
- Keep the IT Documentation up to date
- Manage multiple tickets
Skills Required for the 1st Line Technician :
- Experience working with Microsoft and Network technologies
- Experience working with Cloud and Storage solutions
- 1st Line Service Desk Experience
- Exceptional customer service skills and engagement
- Ability to work independently and part of a team
- Working in a pressurized environment handling multiple tickets and incoming requests
