The Recruitment Manager will be responsible for setting the strategy and direction for the nonexempt recruiting function for the Clemens Food Group. The Recruitment Manager will work jointly with the recruiters in both the Hatfield, PA & Coldwater, MI facilities and oversees the sourcing, interviewing, and hiring processes for all new nonexempt team members. As the Manager, you will ensure that all recruitment strategies and processes are up to date and you will help to identify and implement new best practices. This role will also have direct responsibility to recruit for CDL drivers as well as skilled trades for the organization.
Responsibilities
The Recruitment Manager will be responsbile for the following:
- Manage a team of recruiters in both the Hatfield, PA facility as well as the Coldwater, MI facility (a team of 4 total recruiters)
- Set expectations for recruitment team Non Exempt Recruiters in Hatfield & Coldwater
- Defining nonexempt hiring process and reevaluate/update as needed
- Formulate & execute sourcing plans to meet recruitment needs
- Hold affected supervisors and superintendents accountable for aligning internal talent as defined by the process
- Stay up to date on current best hiring practices for high volume recruiting and implementing new practices as needed
- Create trainings on talent acquisition techniques & processes, evaluate effectiveness
- Develop external branding strategies for nonexempt recruiting
- Evaluate the effectiveness of external sourcing partners
- Assist hiring managers in scheduling of candidate interviews for PV Transport (Drivers) and skilled trades
Qualifications
- 3-5 years as a recruiter in a high volume recruiting setting (Manufacturing preferred, but not required)
- 3-5 years of experience leading a team is strongly preferred
- Experience in screening, interviewing, and sourcing skilled and unskilled candidates is required
- Experience with the use of applicant tracking software and HR databases (iCIMs, UKG)
- Knowledge of recruitment marketing, social media advertising, and networking
- Knowledge of full life cycle recruiting
- Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred, but not required
