Sales Operations Administrator
Clements Fluids is looking for a Sales Operations Administrator to join our team in our Buffalo office. This person will work to support the daily operations of the sales team.
The ideal candidate for Sales Operations Administrator, is a high-energy individual with excellent organizational skills, a strong attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal communications.
Responsibilities: Sales Operations Administrator
- Sales Order Execution - Respond to requests for sales orders in a timely manner per company standards and deliver to staff as needed. Maintain relationships with customers daily.
- Data Integrity - Verify accuracy of all data and confirm accurate pricing and markups on all 3rd party trucking companies. Daily exception reporting of variances to sales team.
- Sales Team Support - Be a liaison between sales and finance to optimize invoicing turnaround.
- Relationship Building - Facilitate partnerships with outbound trucking companies by ensuring accurate rates, hours, and timely documentation collection.
- Processing Invoices - Receive daily invoicing, check for accuracy, and track approvals through administration of the approval process.
- Living Out the Vision - Be able to adopt and live out the company vision and be a team player.
- Filing, copying, scanning, organizing as needed to maintain a clean well kept workspace.
Sales Operations Administrator: This position requires sitting for extended periods of time, salesmen, vendor and customer interaction daily.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or experience with inside sales or Sales Operations Administrator
- 1-2 years experience in an administrative, sales support, or data entry role. preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive, high-energy attitude
- Resourcefulness, creativity, and problem-solving skill set
- Familiarity with office equipment (i.e. printers, fax machines, projectors)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel and PowerPoint)
