Responsibilities:
-Assist senior management in hiring and firing
-Assist senior management in correction action documents
- Follow recipes and portion control guidelines to ensure consistency in food quality
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and taking out trash
- Receive and store food supplies, ensuring proper rotation and storage techniques
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and efficient service
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations
- Assist with inventory control by monitoring stock levels and reporting any shortages or discrepancies
- Knowledge of basic food handling and safety procedures
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
