Join Our New Folkestone Services Team as a McDonald's Shift Manager!

Ivor, our Site Director and his team are excited to be opening a brand new McDonald's Restaurant with a Drive Thru in early 2025.

The restaurant will be part of the new development of the Stop 24 Service area on the M20 near Hythe to be operated by Roadchef, one of the country's leading Roadside Service Area providers and will be renamed Folkestone Services.

While we build the Restaurant your training will take place at our Maidstone Services which is about 30 minutes away and of course we will cover your travelling expenses.

Key Responsibilities will be to support the team with:

• Leadership: Inspire and lead a team to achieve excellent customer service and operational standards.
• Operations Management: Oversee daily restaurant operations
• Customer Focus: Ensure every customer has a memorable experience through high-quality service and food.
• Team Development: Train, mentor, and develop crew members, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
• Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues that arise during shifts efficiently and effectively.
  
  
  

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably in the food service industry.
• Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
• Customer Service Orientation: A passion for providing excellent customer service.
• Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
