Human Resources Supervisor

V & S Schuler Utility group supplies the electric utility market with steel structures and equipment to improve and expand the electrical grid. We operate locations in Canton OH, Middlefield OH, Muskogee OK and Trenton, NJ. We are focused on safety, quality, and growth in our market. You will be the go-to person for all employee-related inquiries and HR functions for our three different locations.    Duties/Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries and issues. Provide guidance and support to managers on HR policies and procedures. Ensure HR related documentation is timely and complete. Manage the recruitment process including managing requisitions, scheduling, and interviewing candidates. Conduct new employee onboarding to ensure a positive new hire experience. Assist employees with health and 401K benefit enrollments. Oversee and manage the site-level payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely documentation. Manage the employee engagement survey and associated actions. Coordinate leave management administration. Some occasional travel may be required. Perform other related duties as assigned.   Required Skills/Abilities: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company. Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.   Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum three to five years of human resource management experience preferred.
