Business Development Manager (Maintenance Division)

Clients First Landscape Solutions is a young and growing company. We are a full service landscape company with local ownership. We are aggressively expanding our maintenance division and we need help from a sales and marketing professional. We provide services to HOA's, Property Managers and Asset Managers to name a few. We are looking for someone to join our young and dynamic team as a business development manager to help expand into new areas of business specifically commercial landscape maintenance. We currently have a business developer for construction. Your only focus would be landscape maintenance contracts. We do have estimators on staff and want to bring a business development manager in to help accelerate the growth in our company. You will play an instrumental role in the connection between Clients First, its ownership and prospective clients. The owners are young and heavily investing in this company so that we can become a major competitor. Responsibilities:

• Responsible for driving the relationship development functions for the DFW market.
• Prospect profitable commercial landscape maintenance opportunities and help increase HOA & Multi family revenue and commercial landscaping enhancements.
• Build strong, long-lasting relationships with prospective and new clientele.
• Produce professionally-written proposals and communications for clientele and for internal use.
• Review specifications and contract documentation for each project.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree required and a Bachelor's Degree preferred; relevant experience will be considered.
• Prior experience with a record of success in a consultative sales environment.
• Prior landscape operations management experience required.
• A passion for service excellence.
• Superb professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Must be highly-motivated with excellent time management skills.

Compensation

• Salary depending on experience plus commission and bonus structure based upon growth.
• Paid time off, car allowance, fuel card, paid expenses etc.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
