Job Description:
Responsibilities:
1. Develop a robust pipeline and drive market share by securing new business opportunities while nurturing and developing opportunities with existing and new clients.
2. Manage the entire sales lifecycle.
3. Interact with client senior decision makers about their strategic growth objectives and communicating our capability to directly match their needs.
4. As a banking/finance/insurance industry/ technology specialist, be responsible for developing a continuous pipeline of sales leads by researching the multiple layers for existing and new clients
Qualifications:
5. 12 yrs experience in IT industry & BFS Domain, Capital Markets (ie. digital solutions, digital transformation, IT technology trends/cutting-edge colutions, etc) for banking/financial/insurance clients.
6. Prior experience as BRM is a must
7. 5 yrs of experience in program/portfolio management and or sales roles.
8. Thorough knowledge of sales methodologies.
9. Strong executive presence very comfortable with C-level executives.
10. Expertise in managing multi-stakeholder sales cycles and closing large deals.
11. Ability to identify client problem areas and develop unique and compelling value propositions that focus on delivering business value to the client.
12. Candidate should be ready to relocate to NY/NJ for this long term assignment. Must be already in US or VISA ready to travel
