Program Supervisor will provide applied behavior analysis consultation and evaluation to clients. They will also be responsible for preparing and maintaining records and reports pertaining to client evaluations and treatment plans. A leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapy, ChanceLight Behavioral Health offers high-quality, research-based solutions for children and young adults with autism spectrum and other behavioral disorders.
We provide comprehensive services to children, young adults and their families in their homes, in clinics and in schools and on or near military bases throughout the country. Many private and government insurance providers, including TRICARE, cover our services. We are seeking a dynamic, results driven leader with a strong clinical skill set to join our team.
- Administer assessments including VB MAPP, Essentials for Living, Functional Assessments, and
Functional Analysis’ - Create behavior plans for each child on caseload as needed
- Create and modify Individualized Treatment Plans for each child on caseload as needed
- Document progress on goals
- Instruct, motivate, and assist clients to learn and improve functional activities
- Facilitate Natural Environment Training when appropriate
- Observe client during treatment, compile and evaluate data on patient responses to treatments and progress
- Train and supervise behavior therapists on ABA and child’s program
- Directly observe treatments administered by behavior therapists
- Review documentation and data collection and provide feedback as needed
- Confer with members of ABA therapy staff and other team members, individually and in a conference, to exchange, discuss, and evaluate client information for planning, modifying, and coordinating treatment programs
- Perform other related duties as assigned or requested
- Complete billing sheet accordingly to insurance codes authorized and submit in the designated time frame
- Communicate through checking voicemail and email regularly
- Maintain ongoing communication with the parent regarding child’s progress and plan of care
- Prepare and conduct Staff Performance Reviews with Therapy Manager
Job Requirements
- Master’s Degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with the BACB
- Minimum three years of related professional experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) in a multi-disciplinary team setting preferred.
- Valid CPR certification and other medical and training requirements as specified by payors
- Knowledge of HIPAA practices and adherence to the policies
- Works with integrity and adheres to the BACB Ethical Code
- Ability to bend, kneel, crouch, and spend time on your feet as well as an ability to lift items up to 50 lbs on occasion
