What will I do?

• Assist our amazing customers in booking appointments
• Reach out to existing customers to keep up on maintenance
• Create relationships with customers over the phone
• Get Bonuses for keeping the schedule full
• Make Happy Calls to existing customers
• Call and schedule maintenance plan members
• Answers any customer questions and concerns
• Manage inbound leads from all sources
• Set up accurate project information for booked jobs
• Offer maintenance plans to customers and earn a commission
